PRICES AND CONDITIONS

Apartment: from € 90.00 per night, for 2 people, depending on the period.
From the 3rd to the 5th person: from € 25.00 per person, per night, depending on the period.

Final cleaning costs mandatory: € 35,00.

Parking: discovered in the internal courtyard of the building, to be booked, € 10.00 per day.

City tax:  6% on the daily cost, maximum limit of 5 € per person per day, maximum 5 days. Exempt children under 18 or for medical treatment. Bergamo City Tax Residence Regulations

At check-in a security deposit of € 100.00 is required to be paid in cash which will be refunded upon verification of compliance with the house rules and in the absence of damages.

Customized estimates for extended stays.

Minimum stay: 3 nights

Check-in:

- From 3.00 to 9.00 PM.
- Check-in from 9.00 PM to 11.00 PM after checking availability (for a fee of € 20)
- Check-in after 11.00 PM only on request for availability and for a fee.

Check-out : by 10.00 AM

Flexible hours only on request, subject to availability.

Private Transfer Service from / to airport: on request, for a fee.

Booking

We do not accept checks.
Cancellation limit without penalty: 15 days before arrival.
Penalty for subsequent cancellation of this term: total amount charged.

Regulations

It is mandatory to present a valid identity document for each person, even for minors.

Smoking is not allowed in the house (allowed on the balcony)
Animals are not allowed
It is forbidden to organize parties / events.

It is strictly forbidden to host more people than the regularly registered reservation.

The apartment is delivered clean and tidy.
At check-out it must be in order with the sink and kitchenette clean.
